Hey all!

Just wanted to write a quick journal. My summer has been amazing and I'm incredibly thankful for all of the rest. I've seen some awesome movies (GOTG! ) and I've hung out with my wonderful friends. My buddies Sentae and MissMapleOwl and I are still working on our comic, which we will be able to start showing to you soon hopefully and Maple also made me a much needed new icon!

Anyway, I hope all has been well for everyone and I hope you enjoy the rest of your summer!

It's been a very long time since I've written a journal entry, but I finally have the time since my school year has very mercifully ended for the summer. I'm hoping that I'll be able to upload some cool stuff, hopefully some comic projects like I've been promising, and I hope to be a little more active on site. Maybe I'll finally let my amazing sisters Nala15 and MissMapleOwl send some of their friends and fans my way once I have something nice for them to look at.

Hey everyone!

I'm sorry that I haven't uploaded much. I haven't even started uploading the comic I've been promising. I was just so wasted from the spring and summer terms of college that I was finding it a little hard to get my rear in gear. However, since my fall term starts next week, I will be uploading not one, but three (mostly) finished comics this week for you viewing pleasure! I haven't inked any of them, but one of them does have some color. My hope is that I will at some point continue with the stories of all of these comics, but right now I won't have the time. Hopefully soon I will begin to upload some more artwork and continue and/or start a new comic series!

Also, my awesome sister Nala15 and I got to go to the Rose City Comic Con last weekend! We had a blast and tried out cosplay for the first time! There were tons of comics and talented artists! We even got to catch a glimpse of Christopher Judge (better known as Teal'c)! I even got to have my picture taken with the very talented and very kind Adam Hughes! Fun, fun stuff!

Lastly, since my spare time will be mostly sucked up by homework, I wanted to leave you with a few thoughts on what I've been able to watch and read over the summer! I had the chance to read "A Dance with Dragons" and get completely caught up on the world of "A Song of Ice and Fire!" I enjoyed the book very much and I eagerly await the sequel (even as I steel myself for the delays and release date fakeouts which are sure to occur). I also finally read "The Children of Hurin," a prequel to "the Lord of the Rings" that I have had in my possession and have been meaning to read for a while. It was extremely good but very sad. Definitely worth the read, but pack tissues if you're the emotional sort.

I finally got around to watching "the Dark Knight" movie and I must say that it was by far much better than "Batman Begins." I didn't think that it was the masterpiece that everyone always says that it is, too much stuff didn't make any logical sense at all and I really hate Christian Bale as Batman, but I did think that Heath Ledger's Joker was absolutely incredible. I also watched the premiere of "Agents of Shield" and am very much looking forward to the rest of the series. I eagerly await season 2 of "Arrow" as well.

I hope long journals aren't a put off for anybody; I really just felt like typing this up now before I get too busy and lose the chance. If you have any questions or if you want to recommend a movie or a book I could read/watch and review leave a comment! Let me know what you think! Don't forget to look for those comics I'll be posting!

Hey everyone!

I just saw Pacific Rim a couple of days ago! Two words: EPICLY AWESOME!!! If you haven't seen it, SEE IT! It has it all! Action, adventure, humor, emotion (yes emotion), and nonstop jaw dropping fights to the death! It was immensely fun and enjoyable! Perfect for any sci-fi or action movie buff!

I also finished reading Under the Dome! A really big book, but definitely worth the read! Lots of mystery and human drama!

Enough movie and book review though. I'm still working on the comic I promised! I just have to make a cool cover and ink the first few pages! I'm still deciding if I'll color it or not. I might upload black and white and color versions of the first couple of pages and let people decide via poll.
